What the programme offers

Depth and consistency
over time

Across twelve sessions, held over up to one year, this programme offers a kind of depth that shorter programmes cannot hold. It is not a checklist to work through. It is a sustained, paced coaching relationship built on trust, honesty, and genuine care. It does not ask you to arrive ready. It asks you to arrive willing.

Move through what keeps you stuck. The patterns, beliefs, and blocks, at a pace that respects your capacity.
Understand what shaped you. How your experiences formed your identity, relationships, and inner world.
Strengthen self-trust and boundaries. And your ability to lead your own life with clarity and confidence.
Steady your responses. So that your past no longer drives your present.
Reconnect with purpose. Your values, and the vision of who you want to become.
Feel genuinely supported. Consistent, contained support that lets real change take root.

The programme includes eleven sixty-minute sessions and one ninety-minute session. Depth without urgency. Structure without pressure. Held with integrity and care.

A note from Raj

This is the programme I wish had existed when I was in the depths of my own recovery.

Twelve sessions. Up to a year. Enough time to go slow. Enough space to go deep. Enough structure to feel safe, and enough flexibility to honour where you are from one session to the next.

I do not offer this programme to many people at once, because the work deserves real attention and real care. Every person who commits to this journey gets my full presence, my full honesty, and my full commitment to walking alongside them for as long as it takes.

If you are reading this and something in you is saying yes, I would gently encourage you to trust that. You have survived so much. You are allowed to invest in what comes next.

Taking this step does not mean you have everything figured out. It simply means you are willing to begin.

Questions

Frequently asked

What if I need more space at a difficult point?

Two of your twelve sessions are kept flexible, to be used at any point within your twelve months of access. They are there for when life gets complicated, when something significant comes up, or when deeper work simply needs more room. You do not need to schedule them in advance. They are there when you need them.

How are the twelve sessions structured across the year?

The programme includes eleven sixty-minute sessions and one ninety-minute session. Typically eight are held weekly to build momentum, then two move to fortnightly or monthly, whichever suits you best. The remaining two can be used flexibly at any point within your twelve months of access. The ninety-minute session is usually used at a significant point in the work where more space is needed.

Why up to twelve months rather than a fixed timeframe?

Real change takes time and it rarely follows a predictable schedule. The twelve-month access period gives the work room to breathe. It means we are not racing toward an arbitrary end date and you are not penalised for the natural rhythm of your healing. Some people move through the sessions more quickly. Others need more space between them. Both are completely valid.

Is this therapy?

No. From Survival to Strength is a coaching programme, not therapy or clinical support. If you are in crisis or require clinical mental health treatment, please seek that first and return when you are ready.

What platform do we use?

Sessions are held on Teams. You will receive your joining link when sessions are confirmed.

What happens between sessions?

After each session you will receive a written summary of the key insights and any focus areas to carry into the coming weeks. Between sessions you are encouraged to notice, reflect, and simply live with what is emerging. There is no pressure to complete specific tasks. The space between sessions is part of the work itself.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact info@rajholness.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a reschedule. The programme investment is non-refundable once sessions have commenced.

How do I know if I am ready for this level of commitment?

Readiness rarely feels like feeling ready. If you have read this page and something in you is saying yes, that is worth listening to. The free clarity call is the right place to explore whether this is the right step and the right time. It is a genuine conversation, not a sales call, and there is no obligation to commit to anything.
